Returns & Delivery
Returns will be processed as soon as they are received in-store. Please complete the delivery slip and include your order number. Be sure to indicate whether you would like an exchange, store credit, or a refund, and specify the item you are returning.

Returns will only be accepted if:
- The item is in its original condition—unwashed, unworn, with all original tags and hygiene seals (where applicable) still attached and not previously removed.
- The return is lodged within 14 days of the original delivery date for Australian customers, or 30 days of the original delivery date for international customers.
- The item was not purchased from the Sale category. Sale items are non-refundable unless deemed faulty.
Additional Information
- Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Refunds are only available on full-priced items and do not apply to sale items (unless the item is faulty).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), less any original shipping charges.

Important Return Conditions
- In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund for returns due to incorrect sizing, fit, change of mind, or order cancellation.
- Your return must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of the original delivery date for Australian customers, or within 30 days of the original delivery date for international customers.
