  • Order issues
    If you have suffering any order issues and feel these need to be addressed please email the team at info@cornersurf.com.au and we will get back to you ASAP with a solution. State your issue, your name, address and order number and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
  • Tracking your order
    Once your order is packed and leaves our store you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.
  • Delivery help
    Our courier service we have chosen to partner with is Australia Post. We aim for excellence and efficiency in our delivery system. We offer two types of delivery services: Express Post and In Store Pick Up. Please contact info@cornersurf.com.au
  • Returns
    Returns will be processed as soon as they are received back in store. Please fill out the delivery slip and specify your order number, if you require an exchange, store credit or refund and what your item is.
  • Returns will only be accepted when
    - The item is in its original condition - unwashed, unworn, all tags and hygiene seals (if applicable) are attatched and have not been previously removed.
    - The item is within 14 days of original delivery (Australian customers) and within 30 days of original delivery (International customers)
    - The item is NOT imitates or earrings (unless faulty)
    - The item was NOT purchased from Sale category

  • Important Conditions regarding returns
    - In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund on returns due to sizing, fit, change of mind/cancellation
    - Your return parcel must be received back into our warehouse within 14 days of original delivery (Australian customers) and within 30 days of original delivery (International customers)
  • Products missing from an order
    Should a product be missing from an order when receive, please contact us at info@cornersurf.com.au
  • Payments
    We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal. Australian customers have the option to checkout with Afterpay and Zippay, third party companies who set you up with a payment plan to pay off your items and receive them straight away!
  • Product & stock support
    We provide an Australian standard size chart as a guide for you to compare your measurements to and see what size you best fall under. You will also be able to convert your international sizing to Australian sizes. Each product also includes a detailed description where we include as much info about the garment as we can.
